Since 2016, Ladies of Law Enforcement has desired to encourage, uplift and empower the women in and behind the Blue Line. As so many face discouragement and depression from the pressures of the job, God has brought to mind the importance of remembering WHY you started this journey in the first place. It is my desire that this event renews passion, ignites purpose, and refocuses the vision that got you into the role you play in the blue line. Whether that role is: 1) support such as evidence, human resources or records 2) homeline as the wife, fiance or girlfriend 3) frontlines as a dispatcher, officer/deputy or community resource officer, you are invited to attend and be encouraged! *

Our theme this year is "Always remember why you started." If you want to share your "Why" with me when you register, I'd LOVE to read it! Please follow our progress on event planning on the Facebook event page where we ask for input, share sponsors and give you information on day-of instructions.

We will have the OneBlood Bus there again this year accepting blood donations, so please make plans to donate blood to give back to the community!

I am very much looking forward to seeing the Barn at Water Oaks Farm filled with women making good memories and being refreshed!
